This Privacy Policy explains how Strike Media ("we", "us") and our internal assistant application MFZ_PA ("the App") access and handle data when it is used to manage Facebook Pages owned or administered by Strike Media and its clients.
Strike Media is a PR & advertising agency. The App is a private, internal tool used by authorised Strike Media staff to publish content, read engagement insights, and respond to comments and messages on Facebook Pages we are authorised to manage. The App is not offered to the general public and does not create end-user accounts.
Through the Facebook Graph API, and only for Pages we are explicitly authorised to manage, the App may access: Page profile information, posts and their metrics, comments, and (where enabled) messages sent to the Page. We access this data solely to operate the Page on behalf of its owner. We do not access the personal profiles, friend lists, or private data of visitors beyond what is necessary to respond to their public interactions with the Page.
Data is used only to: publish and schedule Page content, read and report Page performance insights, and reply to comments and messages on behalf of the Page owner. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiling outside the Page owner's own campaigns.
Access tokens and operational data are stored on a secured private server with restricted access. Tokens are kept encrypted at rest and are never exposed publicly. Access is limited to authorised Strike Media personnel.
We retain operational data only as long as needed to manage the relevant Page. When a Page owner ends our engagement, the associated tokens and cached data are deleted.
